The European Huntington Association, with the support of a grant from the European Union, and in collaboration with the Ligue Huntington Francophone Belge, the Bulgarian Huntington Association and the ACHE Corea Huntington Española, has just launched their education project called “HD Academy”, an e-learning platform with courses dedicated to education and training of formal and informal caregivers of people impacted by Huntington’s disease (HD).
The platform is available at https://huntington-academy.org/, and you just need to create an account so you can track your progress and see every course available, which are two in the present moment, with others coming soon. The courses were created by the EHA team, with the help of experts in various fields like speech therapy, neurology, psychology and others. They are available in 4 languages – English, French, Bulgarian and Spanish.
